  1. What we sell. We publish free short videos and blog posts, and we sell original ebooks on applying biblical wisdom to everyday life. Only the ebooks are paid products; the videos and posts are always free. Each ebook’s product page describes the book and its price before purchase.
  2. Your purchase and license. When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file. You own your copy; you do not own the rights to the content.
  3. Delivery. Books are delivered electronically as a download immediately after your payment is confirmed. We do not ship physical items.
  4. Pricing and payment. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
  5. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Dispute Policy.
  6. Intellectual property. All books, text, videos, and site content are the property of Sage Evolution and are protected by copyright. Buying a book does not transfer copyright to you.
  7. Acceptable use. You agree not to copy, distribute, or use our content in any way not permitted by your license, and not to misuse this website.
  8. Disclaimer. Our books, videos, and posts are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific results.
  9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Sage Evolution is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or this site.
  10. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
